What does JPG to PDF do?

It puts your images into a PDF, one image per page — handy for sending scanned receipts, photos of documents or homework as a single file. Unless "Reduce file size" is on, JPG and PNG files are placed into the PDF as they are, so the image quality does not change; with it on, images are re-compressed and quality drops slightly. WebP, GIF and BMP are converted automatically (animated GIFs keep only their first frame). Everything runs in your browser; your images are never uploaded.

How to use

  1. Click "Choose images" or drag images onto the page. You can add more later with "Add images".
  2. Drag images to set the page order, or click "Sort by name". Use the buttons under an image to rotate or remove it.
  3. Choose the page size, orientation and margin. "Match image ratio" gives every page the width of A4 and a height that follows the image; set Margin to "None" for a PDF with no white borders.
  4. Enter a file name and click "Convert and download".

FAQ

Are my images uploaded?

No. Images are read and converted entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our server.

Why was my phone photo sideways in other tools?

Phones often store photos sideways and add a note telling viewers to rotate them. This tool reads that note, so photos appear upright in the PDF. If one is still wrong, use the rotate buttons.

Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos?

Most browsers other than Safari cannot read HEIC. On iPhone, choose Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible to take JPG photos, or share the photo as JPG first.

The PDF is too large. What can I do?

Turn on "Reduce file size". Photos from phones are often 3-5 MB each; reducing them usually makes the PDF several times smaller while staying sharp enough for screens and printing.
